Where you will be staying
Participants stay at Hotel Institute Montreux in the heart of Montreux. Students have access to state-of-the art learning facilities, as well as a café, cafeteria, restaurant, library, and other recreational facilities. The campus is near the train station, and a short five-minute walk from the lake.
The building is equipped with modern classrooms, wi-fi access, a reading room, a comfortable reception area, a cafeteria, a panoramic terrace and a game room.
Students stay in single or double bedrooms, double rooms are available in regular or deluxe. Accommodation in a regular double room is included in the price of the program. Deluxe and individual rooms are available for an additional cost. Each room has its own private bathroom and lavatory, and is cleaned by onsite personnel once a week during the stay.
Healthy, varied, and delicious meals are prepared daily by our chefs.
Monday through Friday
From Monday to Friday, we offer three meals a day : breakfast, lunch and diner. Each meal is served buffet-style.
Saturday and Sunday
On the weekend, enjoy a buffet-style brunch and outdoor barbecue dinners.
Where you will be cooking
During the day, you will hop over to Le Bouveret, just on the other side of the lake, at the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland campus. The state-of-the-art facilities include brand new demonstration kitchens and offer the perfect environment to understand and experience the contemporary culinary industry.
